Across all job categories (refer to Figure 3.7), Accounting and Finance skill was the most quoted skills
training within the high-skill job categories, whereas Safety and Health skill was the most quoted skills
training for semi and low-skill job categories. The establishments indicated that Accounting or Finance,
Administration or Clerical, Human Resources, Management or Strategic Management and Computer
or ICT skills were the top 5 critical areas of skills quoted for Managers category, which is somewhat
aligned to the nature of the job category which require strategic thinking, cost consciousness, and people
management.
