When it came to The Fashion Lounge i almost assumed the consultancy would have a connection with a beauty aspect to provide for their customers, I was wrong. When I did enquire, they said they give there clients a number to request a beauty service (hair and makeup). To me this felt wrong, you should treat your customer with a high regard and make there lives easier. All of this then offered me the opportunity to create my own service which incorporated all aspects which are missing from so many styling services. Incorporating both beauty and fashion under one service - that is missing. I also feel that doing this will ensure my customer feels well looked after and a special client. For me I want the customer to feel like priority.
