ARCHIVE SURVEY INFORMATION
In addition to this report and the associated maps , the survey deliverables include an MS Access database that contains all field data from both the 1987 and current survey efforts and digital images of all photographed properties . The project MS Access database should be maintained by appropriate City staff and modified as any property ’ s HIGH / MEDIUM / LOW status changes due to rehabilitation , demolition , etc . This database can also be updated if historic information on a property is uncovered . Additionally , the database can be updated as new properties reach the age threshold necessary for documentation and assessment . City of Arlington staff should maintain the project photo library on CD ROMs or DVDs .
