Advanced Certificate : Professional Cookery
I ’ m currently studying at Dunfermline campus , doing an Advanced Certificate in Professional Cookery . I ’ ve been working as a chef as well , so it ’ s been a good experience so far . I ’ ve learned a lot of things on this course , including how to handle different meats and different cuts and how to cook them . It ’ s been very enjoyable .
I was recommended by my lecturers to be part of the Chef Ambassadors Programme . I ’ ve learned loads and it ’ s been a great experience . We went to Murrayfield Stadium recently and served for the chef board there . It was an amazing experience .
