Calculate, Cut and Install Corner Filler Components
4.1
Calculate and cut Inside Corner Filler halves and attach them with screws to each corresponding
cabinet of a corner prior to positioning them in their location.
See Section 1 Installation - IMS 105 Installing Inside Corner Fillers for instruction on calculating the di-
mensions of each fi ller.
Understand that for Base Cabinets, the inside corner halves are installed separately to each cabinet side fi rst.
4.2
Once the two halves of the fi ller are aligned to make
up the corner, predrill and fasten the two halves together.
If either of the Base Cabinets that make up a corner were
preleveled, it is likely that the two fi ller halves will not align
until the front of the Base Cabinets are leveled to the backs.
If this is the case, you may not be able to assemble the
corner completely until you complete “Step 5, Shim Plumb,
Level and Square”.
