Secure cabinets to the wall with
#8 x 2-1/2” fl athead screws.
Place a screw through the back cabinet
stretcher at each stud location.
Use shims directly in front of the studs as
needed so that the process of securing
the cabinet to the wall does not pull it out
of alignment.
Step 6
Install Blind Corner Cleating
6.1
Cut Blind Corner Cleating to fi t snug with-
in the opening it is to span. Plywood Roughtop
ripped to 2-1/2” wide works well for this applica-
tion.

Align Blind Corner Cleating to the Base
Cabinet Index Line and attach with screws at each
stud location in the same manner as with the Base
Cabinets.
