Fi Asia is the most important gathering of food and beverage ingredient leaders servicing the food industry in Southeast Asia. Over the next three days, you will have the opportunity to meet more than 700 leading local, regional and international food ingredients suppliers who will be showcasing their products and services. · The Sensory Box – This feature will allow visitors to interactively get involved in the sensory evaluation process and will feature technical product demonstrations, cooking demonstrations, and blind taste tests
· Start-up Innovation Challenge – This feature is organised in conjunction with TISTR, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the Faculty of Agro Industry from Kasetsart University. We will offer a handful of start-ups the opportunity to pitch their innovative food and beverage products
