Kerry Ingredients
pursues authentic
fruit flavours
VISITORS to FHA2018, who are
interested in starting their day with a
cool, refreshing fruity drink made from
one of the exotic fruity flavours in the Da
Vinci range, are advised to make their
way to the brightly lit, spacious stand
of Kerry Ingredients in Hall 3 (booth
3E4-01).
After a breezy welcome, which in-
volves obtaining registration by having
the back of their right palm stamped with
invisible ink, they can go up to any of
the non-alcoholic drink sommeliers and
establish their credentials in the glow of
an ultra-violet light torch.
They would then be handed a
complimentary, beautifully mixed fruit
beverage or hot coffee that would be
guaranteed to carry them on their
rounds of the Singapore Expo halls for
the next couple of hours.
“We believe that baristas and ‘mix-
ologists’ are creative, and that they seek
perfection to amaze their audiences,”
says Abhishek Trivedi, regional market-
ing director – beverage brands, with the
Asia Pacific office of Irish firm Kerry in
Singapore.
“We are the contemporary choice for
professional drink makers inspired by the
great Italian artist Leonardo Da Vinci’s
pursuit of perfection.
“Our aim is to offer the entire menu
that you would find in a restaurant or
coffee shop.”
Trivedi claims that the Da Vinci Gour-
met extensive range of syrups is made with
the finest ingredients and meticulously
crafted in single batches.
“These syrups began as legacy recipes,
and were then perfected over the years
to deliver truer flavours and more aroma
than the competition,” he says. “Each has
been specially formulated to deliver amaz-
ing flavour in both hot and cold beverages.
“The Da Vinci flavours are made
with 100% pure cane sugar, to obtain the
perfect balance of flavour and sweetness,
so your drink retains flavour until the very
last sip. It is a hassle-free product that is
low in citric acid, so it will not curdle in
milk.”

Apart from a huge range of nutty, fruity,
herbaceous dessert or classic syrups, the
company offers an ‘Intense’ series that are
distilled and concentrated down to reveal
their true, clean flavours. Also on offer
are beverage sauces, fruit mixes and other
beverage mixes.
Cheers (but without the hic)!
