4 French companies form FoodTech Alliance
FOUR French specialist manufacturers
— Mérand, Maé, Hengel and Guyon —
-formed the FoodTech Alliance and have
set up a South-east Asia regional office
in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to support
the needs of professional bakers and
pastry chefs, retail chains, franchised
chains and semi-industrials in the re-
gion. The South-east Asia office will be
operational by next month.
Offering a full range of products/
services and a “superior expertise” to
non-specialist requirements, FoodTech
