You’ve managed events from concept to execution. What’s your favorite part of bringing an event to life?

For me, the best part of an event is watching the vision come to life — when all the planning, creativity, and details converge into an unforgettable experience. It feels like a living story, from the décor to the flow of the program, with each element shaping how people engage and connect. I love the energy in the room in real time, but I also get such a high afterward — reading the articles that result from a great event and seeing the images fill the feeds of attendees. That ripple effect is what makes the work so rewarding.

Do you have a favorite wellness ritual or beauty tip that you’ve picked up from your clients?

One of the best tips I’ve learned is the power of consistency. Whether it’s skincare, fitness (I love light cardio and weightlifting), mindfulness, or

simply getting a good night of sleep (I wish this happened more frequently), it’s not about doing something extravagant once — it’s about creating daily rituals that keep you feeling balanced, energized, and confident.

Part of your work is helping clients step into the spotlight with confidence. What’s one piece of advice you’d give women about doing the same?

Don’t wait until you feel “ready.” Confidence is built by doing — by saying yes to opportunities and learning along the way. Stepping into the spotlight is less about perfection and more about being authentically you. And along the way, it helps to find a mentor or role model who truly sees you — someone who can be a safe sounding board and an example to look up to. That kind of support can make stepping forward feel less intimidating and a lot more empowering.

Looking ahead, what’s one goal or vision you’re most excited about for KELZ MEDIA?

Looking ahead, I’m excited about how rapidly the media landscape is evolving — from new platforms and technologies to the ways audiences connect with brands. Our vision is to not only grow while staying true to our values, but to become a trusted guide for our clients as they navigate these shifts. We want to amplify voices in aesthetics, health, fitness, and lifestyle while positioning KELZ MEDIA as more than a media relations agency: a dynamic platform where brands and people come together to feel confident, to connect, and to inspire. The future will bring change, but I’m energized by the opportunity to help our clients embrace it and thrive in an ever-evolving environment.
