4.Set realistic goals for yourself by making small, short term and long-term goals. Maybe you want to lose 20 lbs. Start slowly, start with walking, running, going to the gym, and changing your eating habits. Have a goal of losing a few pounds a week, instead of 20 pounds in a few months which might be harder to attain.
5.Learn and grow from mistakes. Don’t take them as failures, take them as ways to be a better person. By learning and growing from these mistakes, they will help us become a stronger and a much wiser person in the future.
6.Be well prepared for situations that cause you anxiety. The more prepared you are for situations, the more confident you will be in them. Do some research and acquire knowledge on a certain subject to help you become more prepared and confident while you’re in that situation.
