2.Build and nourish positive relationships. Surround yourself with like-minded individuals that lift you up and encourage you. Stay away from toxic relationships that bring you down.

3.Practice positive thinking and self-talk. Practice positive affirming statements, self-compassion, and kindness towards yourself. Try very hard to leave negative things out of your mind and mouth.
