once said, “I’ve

learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” Those words have stayed with me.

Today, we live in a society filled with confusion, fear, division, suffering, and oppression. But if we desire a world rooted in order, love, intention, joy, and compassion, then we must first imagine it clearly in our minds and hearts. Humanity is awakening to a higher consciousness, a spiritual evolution. We are being called, right now, to choose love instead of fear.

So I ask: What would a world filled with compassion look like?

Research shows that kindness and compassion are contagious. When someone receives a kind act, they’re more likely to “pay it forward,” creating a chain reaction of goodness. Compassion is powerful and natural. It is an intrinsic human value, woven into us from the very beginning. It’s essential to our survival and evolution. It is time to return to our original design and become intentional creators of the world we want to live in.

Often, I get so caught up in my life with my to-do lists, parenting, paying bills, working, running from one responsibility to the next that I forget how much a simple thought, text, call, or conversation can mean to someone. I pray for and think about my family and friends more than they will ever know. And that realization inspired me to create a challenge.
