Addiction Possible! Again…

ast year our publisher, D.C. Crenshaw, wrote an article in our November food issue titled Addiction Possible! The Most Addictive Restaurant Dishes on the Planet. It was a fun project for what he deemed two of the most addictive restaurant dishes on the planet; He featured Cinnamon Buns from Ann Sather and Orrecchiette Tartufate from the upscale Italian restaurant called Prosecco. Both places are located in Chicago and are considered dishes that folks dream about and crave daily. They can be habit forming fare, based on the addictive qualifying criteria, which is taste, taste and more taste.

This year we thought we would ask our FLM contributors to get in on the fun and enlighten us with their pick for the most addictive restaurant dish on the planet. We also asked them not only to share the details of the dish, but to tell us what extreme measure they would go to just to get a bite of the cuisine.
