Itervals in life aren’t necessarily distinguishable in the time they occur. The people, places, and things we experience mark the impact of the sacred moments we hold.

When I quit the corporate world seven years ago, I caught a lot of negative energy from others that didn’t understand my desire to walk into my purpose. “How are you going to become a fitness trainer with no clients?!,” my dad would yell. Friends would say, “Kimia, is this really the smartest move?” I knew my purpose was to pursue healing and creation in others just the way I had for myself.

I didn’t have a definite answer to where this road would lead me. I only knew the thought of being dictated to in the confines of a box-like setting in corporate America scared the heck out of me. All day every day all I dreamt of was movement and creation. Through my journey in weight loss/physique transformation I started to feel that utmost priority, which as a young woman, propelled me to quit my job to be a full-time independent fitness trainer.
