Paula Reed, a board-certified health coach in Dayton, Ohio, says her go-to breakfast is her hemp heart cereal and homemade pumpkin spice lattes.

Hemp Heart Cereal

Ingredients

1/2 cup hemp hearts

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon Flax Seeds

1-2 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes

1 cup coconut or almond milk

Prep

Mix it in bowl and add any of the following toppings: honey, frozen or fresh berries, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice.

Enjoy this satisfying and healthy breakfast cold or warmed up.

Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients

12 ounce coffee

1-2 tablespoons non-dairy unsweetened creamer

5 Drops Sweet Leaf Pumpkin Pie Spice Liquid Stevia

Prep

Add the ingredients to your coffee mug and mix with an immersion blender on low to make this a foamy drink.
