Disrupting the Norm of Holiday Eating
Healthy Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, and Dinner Ideas
to Keep the Weight Off

he holiday season is the hardest time of the year to stick to your healthy eating plan. From October through December, pumpkin spice lattes, candy, and holiday desserts are everywhere. Saying “no” becomes harder each week, and without a solid plan, you’re likely to give in to the high-calorie treats and pack on a few pounds between now and the new year.
The people in my Holiday Health Challenge group are committed to disrupting the norm of holiday eating. They participate in virtual daily exercise plans, lifestyle change coaching, and nutrition guidance that includes lots of great tasting easy recipes. In general, people know what foods are healthy, but they often lack the time and direction to prepare them.
