The holiday season is coming up fast and with it, STRESS. If you’re like most of us, you can expect your calendar to be full of social obligations, your waistline to grow as you pack on the pounds of festive fat and your bank account to shrink from all the “Black” deals you just can’t afford to miss. Or not! Why not make this holiday season different. Instead of falling into the same old traps resulting in sheer misery over the holidays, why not try and change your sense of impending doom to one of eager anticipation for something else --- there is a better way.
