When it comes to women's health, every body is different—our data is wildly unique, sometimes unpredictable, and often completely random. So how do you make sense of something that makes no sense? Simple: you use AI.

AI thrives on data. The more data it collects, the smarter it gets. With wearables and apps tracking everything from stress levels to sleep cycles, we now have access to personalized insights about our bodies. The question is: What are we actually doing with this information?

Wearables like the Oura Ring, Apple Watch, and Whoop have been around for a while. Now, thanks to stronger AI, these devices are unlocking even deeper insights by predicting patterns and offering personalized feedback. Once you start paying attention, you'll notice things about yourself that you never would have otherwise.

Take stress tracking. My Oura Ring measures my stress throughout the day, and within two weeks, I noticed a pattern—every day, my stress spiked at 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. What was happening? Dropping my kids off and picking them up. I soon realized it wasn't them—it was the transition from home life to work mode. My brain was jumping ahead to meetings, to-do lists, and dinner plans.

Once I recognized that, I started reframing my mindset. Instead of spiraling into stress, I told myself, "I've survived every other day, I'll survive this one too." Within a week, my stress levels were down.
