pastime in America over the last

few years. Real estate developers

nationwide have been adding courts to their projects and players have been building courts at home.

Next up is Padel, now the fastest growing sport in the U.S. and courts are being offered as the new hot amenity at luxury residential developments. Padel is played on a court similar in size to a pickleball court, but has walls that can be used in play, like racquetball and squash.

David Beckham and Dwayne Wade invested in Reserve Padel, which has pop-up facilities in both Manhattan and on Watson Island in Miami.
