love sleeping - and I love it so much that I feel like I’ve become somewhat of a professional sleeper. I enjoy taking daily naps to keep me feeling refreshed throughout the day and I sleep naturally all night without moving a muscle. I always wake up feeling recharged and energized in the morning. Deep restful sleep is just as important as being awake and I take sleeping seriously because I know that it’s essential to live a dynamic and fulfilling life. Although I sleep naturally without any pharmaceutical or off-the shelf sleep aids, I have a very ritualistic approach that I am going to share with you about how I get ready to sleep, stay asleep, and wake up feeling refreshed.

Take Magnesium. Magnesium calms nerves and relaxes so that your body rests deeply and soundly. I like to take a tablespoon of CALM magnesium powder in a glass of water before I go to bed at night to help me sleep.

Spritz with Lavender. Lavender is a great scent that relaxes the senses and calms the body. I spray my pillow with some lavender scent before I go to bed at night.

Jot it Down. I always keep a pad of paper near my bed so I can write down anything that I need to accomplish the following day so I don’t stay up all night thinking or worrying about it.
