4 Quick and Easy Tips to Tighten up Those Eating Habits, and Create Lasting Results

ummertime is in full swing and we try to take advantage of the hot temps by spending as much time as possible outside. This means biking, hiking, running, swimming, boating, and yes…eating. That’s right, dining alfresco is an activity that everyone enjoys during the 3 months of summer and our food choices tend not to be the best when we’re rewarding ourselves for being cooped up in the house all winter. If you don’t want to totally ruin that summer beach bod that you worked for all year, then you must always be conscious of what foods and drinks you’re putting in your body. We asked personal trainer Kyle Blust owner of Lincoln Park Fit Body Boot Camp and Old Town Fit Body Boot Camp in Chicago, to give us his take and tips on how to develop good eating habits during the summer. Kyle has helped thousands of clients live a healthier and happier lifestyle through his training methods and coaching experience of 20 years.
