The
FTW Cheesecake
hat a year that just passed by!
As normal, on December 30th my husband and I
stayed with our ritual by summarizing all
successes from the passing year and making plans for the coming year; however, what was not normal this time was instead of sitting on a beautiful beach or at a rooftop bar, holding a glass of red wine and talking about the past and the future, we sat in our own kitchen, with soda water on the table and made plans based on different scenarios. We talked about how cheerful and joyful our home-office time had been and how eager and excited it would be to fly to Hongkong for a glass of wine at our favorite bar, and we had this great idea to make our first cheesecake in order to “remember” 2020 and “welcome” in 2021!
