4. Exercise and Activity

Get your body moving. Exercise at least 5 times a week. If you already exercise and still feel the winter blahs. Try this:

- Stand up straight.

- Place your feet shoulder width apart.

- Fix your posture.

- Tighten your glutes and your abs. Feel your strength.

- Now squat down. (Tip: Try to imagine as if you are sitting on an imaginary chair) Do 5 sets of 5.

5. Good Memories

Listen to a song that brings back upbeat memories. It may be one from your high school days. Don’t forget to move, dance, sway...whatever lightens your mind and heart.
