1. Design a clear vision of the life you would love to live in 2019, a picture of what your goals achieved look like. Lack of specificity leads to weak goals. Be as specific as you can and then take a look at the baby steps, what you can do daily, weekly and even monthly to get you there.

For example, if you want a promotion at work, vision yourself in the position that you would love. Your role, your responsibilities, your salary

and even your location! Work from home, in

office, etc. And then, ask yourself how can I

perform my current role to the best of my

ability? Where can I go above and

beyond? What other steps might I take?

Maybe this is the year for more personal resolutions like attracting the relationship of your dreams. Again, develop a clear vision for the relationship you would love. What does this relationship look like, feel like? What are the key components of the relationship and how are you both when you are together? Ask yourself about the action steps you might be able to take.

Perhaps you want to achieve a new level of health or fitness. Be clear, not just about a number on a scale or a size on a piece of clothing, but how you are feeling in your healthy body and what activities you may engage in. How often do you, as this picture of health, exercise? What types of choices do you make? Begin making those choices today.

2. Come from vision, don’t try to get to it. This means, act as the person who is living the results of your resolutions! Highly successful people know this, and they begin with the end in mind. Imagine and visualize yourself as the person who is living at the optimum level of health or at that level of financial freedom, or

with that promotion or love relationship etc. How do you act? What choices do you make? What conversations do you engage in? Visualize your success and practice BE-ing that person (first, in your mind and then in your reality). Then look at what habits may need to be adjusted that are out of alignment with the “you” that is living this life you’d love. Ask yourself are there any mindset shifts I need to
