Stop betting against yourself. Stop setting yourself up for failure. Every time you expect things to not work out or expect your future to be a repeat of your past, you minimize the possibility of change and the potential for good things to happen. Society programs us to “expect the worst and hope for the best.” So if we believe this narrative, we are placing more focus and attention on preparing for the worst and only hoping, not believing in the best outcome. On an energetic level, what you focus on expands and you get more of it. Do you see how this limiting belief will attract negative outcomes more often than positive ones?
When you look at life as predetermined, you render yourself helpless and feel hopeless. When you tell yourself that you can’t change, that you were born this way and it’s just who you are, you become a victim to your limiting beliefs. When you buy into limiting beliefs, a negative narrative about who you are and what you are capable of, you make the conscious decision to accept whatever life brings you. The truth is no one can take away your free will and power to choose. Choice is your birthright. When you choose to decide to change, you empower yourself to grow, you push past false limitations, and become a better version of yourself. The only person you can control and change is you. Why not empower yourself to choose to believe you are a good and loveable person, feel good about yourself and how you treat others, practice kindness for yourself and others? The narrative that you create about yourself that plays over and over in your head, contributes to the experiences you attract into your life. So, be intentional and conscientious about making choices to believe, think, feel, and act in healthy and positive ways towards yourself. The choice is yours, so choose the best for yourself. You are worthy and deserving of all the love that comes to you!
