Their collaborations with Miami Heat’s Dwyane Wade and Modern Family’s Jesse Tyler Ferguson are both $25.

Shoppers will get a taste of what the brand has become synonymous with – on-trend and affordable neckties, bow ties, tie bars, pocket squares, socks, and more. Guests can shop a curated collection of the company’s latest styles and collaborations with Tie The Knot by Modern Family’s Jesse Tyler Ferguson, and NBA star Dwyane Wade.

The 3,200 sq. ft. space showcases a modern, masculine design with a slight rustic twist. They wanted to create a space that would be the perfect balance to their product. So they chose a space with an urban, industrial feel that would give just the right amount of contrast to the refined sophistication of the brand. A mix of exposed brick, throw rugs, floor lamps, local art, and other decorative accessories will bring a lived-in feel to the modern space. Ultimately, they wanted to create an environment that guys would want to hang out in. Their target market is a varied base of shoppers, but the bulk of them are typically between the ages of 25-45 years old.

The Lincoln Park neighborhood and shopper fits perfectly for Tie Bar. Its success is the perfect opportunity to make the Chicago space their first permanent storefront. The plan is now to replicate a pop-up concept in two additional markets later this year.

Tie Bar is known for staying ahead of the pack when it comes to trends. The Tie Bar is praised for their innovative use of fabric in neckwear. They love taking a classic menswear pattern (like glen plaid or window pane) and adding it in with an unexpected

fabrications like linen. Many products like their colored tied bars, one inch tie bars, and flannel ties were introduced by The Tie Bar before anywhere else. What’s also cool about the space is that drinks can be served during private events with their customers.
