3.Master your mind. Being the master of your mind means being selective about which thoughts you choose to entertain throughout your day. Decide that you will not focus or ruminate on any thoughts that cause you to feel bad about yourself or cause you to worry. The universe is always supporting your highest good. Eliminate any thoughts of lack or limitation about yourself, your relationships and your future. Cancel the “I can’t” mindset. Stop replaying the past, you survived, it has passed, so let it go. Keep your mind focused on today, stay focused on your goal.
