More accurately, the word chose me, as it arrived in a meditation, like a niggle. The word stuck, I surrendered, and proceeded to get ready for anything.
On my most recent birthday (my 40th) a friend asked me, “Where do you see yourself a year from now?” My mind struggled and my gut reacted and instinctively I knew – I need not limit myself and my potential any longer; I will not try to think my way into the future.
I will let my heart and my intentions attract my future to me.
I set aside all preconceived notions of what was formerly possible and opened up to Possibilities. I prayed not for a particular outcome, but for a clear path of the highest good.
I asked that the path be clearly marked with signs and guideposts that would make it easy to know the way. I would never have guessed that the path would lead me to Costa Rica.
In this beautiful moment, I find myself marveling at all that Possibilities has meant to me so far.
It has meant stepping into my Power,
knowing beyond the shadow of a doubt, that I am Protected,
and learning to Pee Anywhere.
It has meant finding and claiming my true Purpose,
pursuing my Passion,
and making Peace with myself and my choices.
It has meant knowing my worth and deserving to feel Pampered.
It has meant learning to be truly Patient with the Process.
It has meant doing the work to get Prepared.
Most of all, it has meant staying Positive.
Positive without the need for assurance or approval from others.
Positive that everything is going to be alright.
Positive that the Universe is a benevolent place, full of LOVE and lessons.
