The truth is that by taking control over the thoughts and images we focus on; we can create our life experiences. Science has proven through quantum physics and neuroscience that every thought we think creates a physical reaction in our body. Scientists have measured that the average human has approximately 70,000 thoughts a day, most of our thoughts share a common theme and 90% of our thoughts are the same from yesterday. Essentially our minds are programmed to give us the same experience through our thoughts, emotions, and actions day after day.
