Since the first investors
began construction on the
Hereford Enterprise Zone
in 2013, Skylon Park has
become a catalyst for
growth across the county.
More than 275,000 sq ft
of new development has
been built or is under
construction in Rotherwas
through 12 separate
projects,
with
a
construction investment
of around £13 million.
Since
the

was
completed in April 2014
