I UFLA faz Extensão

On October 25, 2017, the "I UFLA faz Extensão" took place at the Federal University of Lavras, which had as an objective transfer of knowledge and prepare professionals for the job market.

The fermentation research group (NEFER)offered the most flavorful Coffee course! That involved methods of processing, fermentation, and production of high quality coffees. The course was taught by the PhD student in Food Science, Ana Paula Pereira Bressani, and had special and commercial coffee tasting, besides the distribution of booklets.
