Different fermented products such as coffee, chocolate, Kombucha and Kefir were exposed, as well as the importance of using fermenting species in the food industry and other sectors. In addition, visitors had the opportunity to taste products such as chocolate made from fermented cocoa, Greek yogurt, Kefir soda, coffee brigadeiro. These fermented foods were all made by the Nefer members. High school students were able to view the microorganisms under a microscope, thereby learning some of their morphological differences and characteristics.
