8. How has Karate impacted or changed your life?
During this period of my life, I suffered from great anger which added to other parts of my hectic life which stressed me. Martial Arts changed my life physically, mentally and spiritually and make me look at life differently, with more confidence. I’m so proud that I started this sport and won’t regret it.
9. Do any of your children do or did Karate?

Ask for advice
Have faith
Life goes on
Live every day as if it's you're last

Don’t compare yourself to others
Treat others with respect
Appreciate Your Parents

Follow your Heart
Don’t be afraid to take the next step
Don’t rush into something which you could regret later on in life
Have a sense of wonder
Make the most of your opportunities
MAKE YOUR OWN DECISIONS!!!!!!!!
