With this week bringing the end to sales school 3 it was all change once again in the Phoenix region with the birth of a new team from the ashes of the Top Gun we bring you Firestarters. With our very own regional manager at the helm (Manisha) the Firestarters team aims to blaze through the competition with ltds coming in the teams first weekend who knows where it could end up. With new boys Tom and Alex as well as Top Gun survivor Kaz, Firestarters looks set to be a very exciting team with team bonding well underway the new team on the block could be one to really keep your eye on!!

So the newbies came and hit the ground running. They were greeted on their first day of knocking with true British weather, which none of us are prepared for, getting soaked to the bone and receiving NO mercy from Lesta peeps. Rhysiiie boi nailed his first show with an LTD, finishing the day with 3 LTD's WOOP!, Amardeep came with the delusion that others will iron his cloths, make him food and help him wash...awk...! The Loughborough university student, Isa, had a week of thinking outside the box. She ended the week with more phone numbers than LTD's:p You may have observed Toye's drop in stats this week. This was because he spent the week training his minions, nevertheless ending the week with a respectable 10, reinstating his Duke status :D
