BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING December 4th , 2024 7:00 PM American Legion , Chaska , MN MINUTES
Board Members Present : James Duenow , Lori Taylor , Rachel Duenow , Paul Hansen , Steve Bobzin , Amber Duncanson , Julie Gintner , Ann Goebel , Keith Sather , Karson Duncanson
Members Absent : Amber Duncanson , Karson Duncanson , Dustin Heck
Other members and visitors : Sandy Strube ( Procedures / Tri County Riders of Watertown ), Sara Schwartz ( Parliamentarian / Wissota ApHC ), Cindy Ladd ( Rulebook / Over Easy Riders ), Eliza Chyba ( WSCA Queen / Storm Quarter Horses Saddle Club ), Alexandra Petty ( WSCA Ms . Meeting was called to order by Lynn-Ellen St . Martin at 7:00PM Public Open Comment : None Secretary ’ s Report : Liz Bauer
Motion made by James Duenow , seconded by Julie Gintner to approve the October 16th , 2024 , Board Meeting Minutes . Motion carried unanimously .
Upon reviewing the October 26 th , 2024 General Meeting minutes , it was found that the date and location in the header of the minutes was not changed to correctly display October 26 th , 2024 at Monticello Community Center . A grammatical error was also found in the second paragraph on the fourth page of the minutes .
Motion made by James Duenow , seconded by Julie Gintner to approve , with the notated corrections , the October 26 th , 2024 General Meeting Minutes . Motion carried unanimously .
Treasurer ’ s Report : Arlene Bayer

Balance Sheet and Income Statement was presented , YTD Net Income ( Loss ) is $ 124,190.10 and LYTD Net Income ( Loss ) was $ 159,182.87 .
Motion made by Lori Taylor , seconded by Julia Northwick , to approve the November 30 th , 2024 treasurer ’ s report subject to audit .
Motion made by James Duenow , seconded by Paul Hansen , to again table the October Board meetings treasurer ’ s report , so that a profit / loss statement may be presented , until the January Board meeting . Motion carried unanimously .
Correspondence : Thank you cards were read from the 2024 scholarship recipients .
Committee Reports : Championship Horse Show : James Duenow
James gave a brief recap on 2024 Champ Show . He is waiting on a few final numbers , but overall Champ Show was financially successful , and everything ran smoothly . A huge thanks was given to all those who helped and worked the show . The committee is in the planning stage for 2025 Champ Show , working on securing dates and a schedule . They hope to share a showbill in January . It was shared that 4H will be hosting their state show
