A motion was made by James Duenow, seconded by Karson Duncanson, that WSCA cover 100 % of the paid leave premium for WSCA employees. Motion passed unanimously.
Motion was made by James Duenow, seconded by Karson Duncanson to adjourn the Board of Directors meeting at 7:48pm. Motion passed unanimously.
A closed board meeting was held following the adjournment of the December 3 rd Board of Directors meeting.
