In 2024, swissQuant built on the steady momentum from 2023, achieving notable progress across both our Capital Markets and Wealth Management divisions. We broadened our product lineup, introduced services that addressed newly emerging client demands, and reorganized our internal structure to deliver more responsive, personalized support. One key focus was bringing our quantitative analysts, software engineers, and client-facing teams closer together. Through regular workshops, collaborative development sprints, and targeted upskilling, we strengthened the synergy across disciplines. By the end of the year, we had not only met our primary objectives but also deepened our footprint in promising markets.
