IIran’s capital market offers attractive investment potential across various sectors. the Securities and Exchange Brokers Association of Iran (SEBA) has the capacity to act as a key facilitator, fostering dialogue and connection between international investors and local brokerages, and supporting broader regional cooperation.The year 2024 was a year of strategic transformation for SEBA. Compared to 2023, we placed stronger emphasis on technological innovation, member engagement, and regulatory clarity. A significant highlight was the decision to enhance our digital service platforms, which enable more efficient communication and better support for member firms.Among the key challenges we faced were structural and leadership changes within the organization, which required careful management to ensure continuity. Despite these changes, we used the opportunity to introduce reforms aimed at improving transparency, efficiency, and service quality.SEBA successfully achieved a majority of its 2024 goals. We streamlined internal processes, and started to launch new systems that empower brokerages through more effective supervision and member services.Looking forward, we are determined to deepen international partnerships and serve as a bridge for cross-border capital market engagement, contributing to a more integrated and resilient financial ecosystem in the region.
