MOTIVATION FOR SEEKING AN FCCSA BOARD POSITION:
I am pleased to put my name in the election for a second term. I have lived in First Colony since 2004, so over 20 years. I am currently the President of FCCSA, President of Waterford Estates POA and the Chairman of the Board for Church Supplies and Services. It was an honor to serve on the FCCSA board the last three years. Although this role has required a large number of volunteer hours, I have enjoyed working with our current Board as well as David Pella our Executive Director. Together we have accomplished a large number of significant items including:
• Worked with Landscape Committee to complete Phase I of a threeyear plan
• Installed a fountain in the lake on Double Lakes Drive
• Added 6 Pickleball courts at Lexington Colony
• Updated deed restrictions
• And for the second year in a row, we will not have an increase in our assessment dues
Looking forward, I ask for your vote allowing me to continue working with our Board and Mr. Pella to see our Landscape Plan completed. We are striving to beautify First Colony and bring it back up to our high standards. With this Board you get sound financial responsibility, good stewardship of FCCSA funds, direct access to Board Members and high transparency. We have made good headway over the last several years and we desire to see that move forward. Please look for your electronic voting number and encourage others to vote as well. If the association gets in the wrong hands again, things may go another direction. Please do not take things for granted. Take action and vote. Thank you.
