FCCSA Office Closed
The FCCSA office will be closed on Friday, July 4, 2025, in observance of Independence Day. The office will reopen on Monday, July 7, 2025 at 8:00am.

Living in First Colony under the guidance of FCCSA probably isn’ t for everyone but there is a trade-off between rules, regulations, and association fees on the one hand, with increased property values and common assets on the other. On the other hand, many people really love living in First Colony, working with the FCCSA and benefit greatly from the shared governance of their community.

Community Standards Spotlight
The Community Standards Department oversees deed-restriction enforcement across more than 10,000 single‐family homes and 500 commercial properties. Each month, inspectors conduct neighborhood reviews, follow up on violation letters, and issue Certificates of Compliance on resales.
