If you have not removed your holiday lights and decorations , you are now in violation of FCCSA guidelines . Please remove your holiday lights & decorations to avoid receiving a violation notice .

1-1 / 2tsp Cajun Seasoning
10.5oz Can cream of jalapeno condensed soup
1-1 / 2cups Non-fat plain Greek yogurt
1 / 3cup Shallot ( s ), finely diced 2cups
Sharp cheddar , shredded 1 / 4cup Green onion ( s ), green and white parts finely chopped
4slices
Thick cut bacon , cooked and chopped
2-1 / 2lb Yukon Gold potatoes , peels left on , cut into 1 inch cubes
1cup
Milk

Slow Cooker Loaded
Cheesy Potatoes
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Place a layer of potatoes in the bottom of slow cooker .
Step 2
In a small bowl mix together , soup , Greek yogurt , shallots and Cajun seasoning . Whisk together .
Step 3
Top with 1 / 3 of each : soup mixture , cheese . Repeat with 2 more layers .
Step 4
Cover and cook on low for about 4hrs , or until potatoes are tender . Top with green onions and bacon and stir through just before serving .
