Letter from the FCCSA Board of Directors President

FCCSA Owners,
The first quarter of 2025 is in the books. We have made some headway on items. As you can see from the calendar below, we spent time researching, reviewing and approving some capital improvement projects. Several of which are maintenance type items such as pumps and IT equipment. Things we need to do to keep up with the changing times and to keep our equipment in reasonable working order.
Stay up to date with events, property updates, and your neighbors here at FCCSA!

BUILDING
FCCSA engaged with a Construction Consultant to review several options as it pertains to repairing the main building. For those that do not know, we have major issues with the foundation and plumbing in the main building. We first looked at repair vs. rebuild. After extensive review, the Board decided repair was financially prudent and the best approach. The decision then turned to, how best to utilize the almost 7,000 sqft in the main building as well as 2,200 sqft in the smaller building next to the main pool, which is called the Aquatic Center.
