REMINDER

We have just come to the end of the Club’s
fiscal year, and I am looking forward to
sharing the details with everyone at the
Annual Meeting scheduled for Monday,
October 20th at 6pm. I am very proud of
what our staff has accomplished financially
over the past year, as they have been open
and receptive to making changes within
their departments to strengthen the Club’s
position financially. This has given the
Board the confidence to add amenities
furthering our position as the premier
country club in Northern Colorado. We
will also be giving updates on the Phase I
construction timeline, which I am happy to
say is nearing completion, and also discuss
Phase II. This entire process has been a
massive undertaking, and I appreciate
everyone’s support and patience with all
of the inconveniences that come with a
project this size. I am certain you will be
pleased with the result, and I hope to see
you on October 20th!

Last, a personal thank you to our outgoing
President Mark Smith. Coming into a new
club is daunting in and of itself, and throw
a multi-million dollar renovation on top
of it and you have some pretty busy days.
Mark has been a great mentor and advisor
as I navigated some new territory the past
18 months, and for that I am very grateful.
