Above all, the collaboration
between Favuzzi and Muzzi
is the fruit of the friendship
between Michel Favuzzi and
Tommaso Muzzi, a descendent of
the company’s founder. They met in
their early 20s, while Tommaso was
in Montreal representing Muzzi
on a business trip, and discovered
they shared the same values and the
same interest for Italian traditions.
Since then, they have been working
jointly to introduce Italian bakery
traditions to the Quebec market.
