7) Keep organised
Being unorganised and feeling
a mess is a key cause of stress.
It is very easy, when you have a
busy scheduled, to feel all over
the place which can cause you
to lose sleep, be late and even
forget important details (like
forgetting your nude heels to
a shoot resulting in wearing
your beach thongs- not a good
look!) Keep a diary of all your
important dates, what you need
to bring and essential phone
numbers you may need on
the job. That way you won’t be
worrying last minute that you
have forgotten something and
you can concentrate on getting
all the beauty sleep you need.
