5) Keep your loved ones close
Negatives can all too easily override the positives
of the day. It is good to be able to come home
and let out your worries to people close to you.
Whether it is your mum, boyfriend, a close
friend or a councillor. Whoever you feel most
comfortable talking to is who you should confide
in. It is also a good idea to think about the
positives of the day. Writing down just three good
things that have happened to you in the day has
been proven to train your brain to think more
positively. It is time to get happy again!
