Let’s have a look at what’s happening in
Australia at the moment.

more than doubled to $58 billion, this time taking
into account not just health care but job
productivity and other related quality of living
costs.
• Experts are predicting that many of today’s
children will not outlive their parents unless
something is done to curb childhood obesity.
• 70% of adolescent girls have body dissatisfaction
• Body dissatisfaction is identified in the Mission
Australia Youth Survey (2010) as the top ranked
issue of concern for young people.
It’s a misleading representation that sets a lot
of ordinary people up to feel as if they are not
succeeding in their pursuit of fitness or health unless
they are in one extreme or another.
I approach all people to be unique so I’ll never tell
women to work out a certain number of times a week
in order to see results.
Instead I try to give people the tools they need, so
that if they pu
