You are able to build a personal profile and follow other Fashion Friends, liking, commenting or sharing their posts. The platform allows you to not only connect with other people on the platform and explore their profiles, but also connect with Fashion Friend stylist for chat with them for tips on outfits.

Our customer has no age range as all are welcome. We want to be diverse enough to reach not only the milenials, but those who are older and have experience in the industry and can use the platform to share knowledge. The individual is outgoing, driven, and has a love of Fashion through one way or another.

What research has been conducted?
From researching competitors, to carrying out surveys, the research is a key part to making the brand successful. Market research included looking at competitors, where they were successful and where they weren’t so; but also looking at what they hadn’t yet done to discover a new way to advertise. To identify the customer we carried out surveys and focus groups to identify who the type of person was that would download and subscribe to Fashion Friends. From there age, to their disposable income and their music taste, we found out everything we could from the four targets we chose to showcase our customer.
