High street stores aim to cater to the needs of the ordinary public so the pricing is one which appeals to the gneral public rather then one which is discounted or premium.

West Quay in Southampton is an example of a shopping centre. A shopping centre includes a huge variety of retail shops, restaurants and other business which are trying to make money. A shopping centre typically offers off street parking facilities and encompses all stores that are managed under one bulding. A shopping centre often has a department store like John Lewis also.
